A Guide to Hard Rock Stadium

Everyone should attend at least one UM football game! There are only 5 colleges in the US that play their home games in an NFL stadium, and Miami is one of them. HaveUHeard what that means? It means comfort and all the bells and whistles that NFL stadiums offer. Everyone gets their own seat without having to squeeze into an imaginary space. That alone is awesome since no one wants to be a leg on a leg with someone when it’s 90 degrees and 80% humidity. Cup holders are on almost every seat, and yes, they serve alcohol.

One of the keys to making your visit to Hard Rock even better is to know where to sit. For instance, the blazing sun can make a big difference in the fun factor of a game. Here are some thoughts about the best seats for football games.

Hard Rock Seating

At the stadium, it is important to know where it is best to sit.  Since it is hot in Miami year-round, fans might want to know where the best seats are that are in the shade.  Here are some tips for Hard Rock Stadium.

Hard Rock Stadium Shady Seating

Over half of all the seats at Hard Rock Stadium offer some type of shade or cover.  When trying to find good seats in the shade, refer to these sections:

Shady Covered Seat Sections

  • Rows 10 and above in Section 150
  • Rows 10 and above in Section 139
  • Rows 15 and above in Section 101
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 213
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 252
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 256
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 313
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 355
  • Rows 1 and above in Section 302

In addition to these rows, to find other seats in the shade or to find out if your seat is covered, you can review the Shaded and Covered Seat Finder.

Home/Away Sideline

  • Home Sideline – The Dolphins and UM sideline is in front of 145, 147 and 72/GC Club
  • Visitor Sideline – The visiting team sideline is in front of 117, 118 and 119

Field Club Boxes: Field Club Boxes provide fans with the closest seating of any option at Hard Rock Stadium.
