Winter White Elegance
It’s time to dream up a White Christmas tablescape that captures the magic of snow-covered landscapes and frosty elegance as Christmas approaches. Imagine a table set in shades of white, gold, and silver. The table is inspired by my family trips to Utah, with winter’s beauty and snowy glisten. Since I live in Florida, I can only dream of a white Christmas. Whether for a festive gathering or a family holiday, this tablescape will transport your guests to a winter wonderland at your dining table.
A Warm Winter Wonderland
Start with a white velvet table runner to give the table a chic look. Next, add a pine garland with white berry pine cones and needles. Sprinkling artificial snow across the garland adds a nice winter touch. Additionally, who in winter doesn’t think of trees? These mini bottle brush trees in gold add dimension. For some soft lighting, scatter these mini LED lights across the table.
Centerpiece
The main centerpiece is a mini white tabletop Christmas tree. To add shimmer, hang miniature gold ornaments and white LED lights. My vision is to include what I love about our trips to Utah—the snow, pine trees, and deer. That means putting out more pine tree limbs and white glitter Berry picks, which I grabbed at JoAnns.
Scatter silver and white ornaments to drive home the Christmas themes. You can find them at Dollar Tree. I could not resist the white reindeer picks. And because you can never have too many snowflakes, these glittered snowflake ornaments will add sparkle to your table. Another cozy element I recommend is a Dome white village with LED light. I bought two for either side of the centerpiece. My Swedish friend saw them and went to Ikea to buy some for her table. We laughed about that one.
Frosted Elegance: Styling Your Winter White Table with Elegant Accents
The place settings exude winter white elegance. Start with gold embossed charger plates. Next, stack white dinner plates and dessert plates as your foundation. Using simple white plates allows the other elements to shine. Add a touch of elegance with soft white velvet napkins—most of the items I use come from Amazon. While an indulgence, the Kim Seybert starburst napkin rings add sophistication to the whole center of the plate. You could substitute white snowflake rhinestone napkin rings or pinecone and white berry napkin rings.
Gold-rimmed long-stem wine glasses bring a warm glow to the setting, perfectly complementing Christmas Village glass tumblers that evoke nostalgic charm. Finally, gold silverware completes the look, reflecting the shimmering tones of your table while tying together this harmonious blend of winter-inspired sophistication.
